Irish Physics Olympiad (Republic of Ireland) School of Physical Sciences

DCU - Saturday 27 March 2010

This competition will select the 2 second level students from the Republic of Ireland to represent Ireland at the International Physics Olympiad in Zagreb Croatia 17-25 July 2010.
Two other second level students will be selected from Northern Ireland to form the team of four which will represent Ireland at this year’s International Olympiad.

Location & time
The Physics Olympiad will be held in Dublin City University in room T101 – Larkin Lecture Theatre (opposite the Helix) How to get to DCU Campus map
Please note that parking on campus may be difficult on March 27 as there are also Graduation Ceremonies taking place in the Helix.

11:00-14:00 Physics examinations in T101

14:00-16:00 Correction of exams

16:00-16:30 Presentation Ceremony for Physics, Chemistry & Biology Olympiads in T101.
